When you apply as a creator, we collect what you enter in the form:

• Your legal name, email and phone number
• The platforms that pay you
• How you want to get paid
• Your country and state
• Your confirmation that you’re 18 or older

When you apply for an agency, we collect:

• The agency’s name and website
• Your name, email and phone number
• How many creators the agency manages and its monthly payouts
• The platforms that pay its creators

When you log in, we collect your email address.

When you use daisio.com, we also collect your IP address and details about your device. We use them for security and to prevent abuse.

We use your information to:

• Review your application and contact you about it
• Send you sign-in links
• Run the Daisio service
• Keep daisio.com secure and prevent abuse

We never sell your information.

If you apply as a creator, we may share your application with our partner agency. They may contact you about joining, including by phone or text.

We use service providers for hosting, our database and email, and they process your information on our behalf.

You can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it. Write to us, and include the email address you used so we can find your records.

If we change how we handle your information, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
