Daisio is a service of Daisio LLC, 7901 4th St N STE 300, St. Petersburg, FL 33702. In these terms, “we” and “us” mean Daisio LLC, and “you” means anyone who uses daisio.com or the Daisio service.

Daisio is not a bank. Payout accounts are bank accounts and USDC wallets held by Daisio LLC.

Daisio is invite only. We process creator payouts for our partner agency.

Sending an application doesn’t give you access. We review every application and decide who to invite.

You must be 18 or older to apply for or use Daisio. When you apply, you confirm that you’re 18 or older.

• Each creator gets dedicated payout accounts.
• We record every deposit that arrives in those accounts.
• We split each payout between the creator and her agency, as the agreement between them sets out.
• We pay the creator and her agency their shares twice a month.

• Daisio does not open personal bank accounts for creators.
• Daisio does not decide how payouts are split. The split comes from the agreement between the creator and her agency.
• Daisio never asks a creator for her private keys or recovery phrases.
• Daisio never sells your information.

Give us information that is true, current and complete, both when you apply and while you use Daisio. If anything changes or looks wrong, tell us right away.

We send sign-in links by email, so keep your email account secure and don’t forward the links to anyone.

When you use Daisio, don’t:

• Use it for anything unlawful
• Give false information or pretend to be someone else
• Try to get into accounts or data that aren’t yours
• Test, probe or get around our security
• Send automated or bulk requests to daisio.com

We may pause or end access for anyone who breaks these rules.

We may update these terms as Daisio changes. When we do, we’ll post the new version on this page and change the date at the top. If you keep using Daisio after an update, the new terms apply to you.

We work to keep Daisio accurate and running, but we provide it as is, without promises of any kind. We can’t guarantee that it will always be available, on time or free of errors.

Daisio relies on platforms, banks, payment networks and other providers that we don’t control. If one of them has a problem, a payout may be late.
